Shams Central Park is a landmark mixed-use and recreational destination in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and is recognized as one of the first major green developments in the Middle East.

The development features approximately one million square feet of landscaped open space, complemented by a wide range of recreational and community amenities. A 4-kilometer water canal is integrated throughout the site, enhancing the environmental and visual quality of the project.

The master development includes a diverse range of structures such as retail facilities, bridges, a cultural center, edutainment venues, a mosque, and cinema complexes, creating a vibrant and sustainable urban destination.

The founder of OptiStruct Engineering consultancy previously led the structural design works for this project during his tenure at EHAF, in association with CRJA and ARUP, contributing to the successful delivery of this iconic development.
