Palm 360 is a landmark development located on the Palm Jumeirah Boardwalk, featuring two iconic towers that house a luxury hotel and branded residences. The towers are connected by one of the largest infinity sky pools in the world, situated approximately 160 meters above ground. The project’s tallest tower reaches 261.55 meters, making it the tallest building on Palm Jumeirah.

The development includes luxury penthouses, each with a private infinity pool, offering an unparalleled residential experience. The piling works have been successfully completed on site.

The founder of OptiStruct Engineering consultancy led the structural design of the entire project as Lead Structural Engineer and Head of Structural Engineering at AE7, managing the structural design and daily construction of the piles, ensuring precision, safety, and compliance with project requirements.
