Building Material City is strategically located adjacent to Mohammed Bin Zayed City, midway between Abu Dhabi City and Abu Dhabi Airport, serving as a mixed-use urban hub.
The development comprises a shopping mall, hotel, 11 office towers, 17 residential towers, and two elevated footbridges. The office and residential towers are connected via the footbridges above the main roads, providing direct and convenient access to the shopping mall.
The founder of OptiStruct Engineering consultancy led the structural design of the office and residential towers during his tenure at EHAF, contributing extensive expertise to the successful structural delivery of this complex and integrated development.
