A major Nakheel development creating five interconnected islands with beaches, hotels, residences (villas, apartments), retail, and lifestyle hubs near Deira. A separate, prominent project is The Island by Wasl, a luxury beachfront destination planned to feature Las Vegas brands like MGM, Bellagio, and Aria, with hotels, residences, and entertainment, though its opening is delayed to 2028 and potential gaming is speculative. Both are large-scale, man-made waterfront developments transforming Dubai's coastline with new destinations
OptiStruct Engineering consultancy Founder was leading the structural design review with preparing Independent Structural FE Element Models by MIDAS models for MGM1, MGM2, Bellagio, Aria hotels (MIDAS GEN) for the Entire Project to verify the design and construction stages of the project at Bureau Veritas.
