Entisar Tower is a landmark development situated on Sheikh Zayed Road, rising to 525 meters with 122 floors above ground.

The mixed-use tower includes retail areas, offices, serviced apartments, freehold residential units, and luxury penthouses. To accommodate the required parking, the project features a dedicated car park building with six basement levels and 12 floors above ground, ensuring compliance with local authority regulations.

The barrette foundations and shoring for the tower have been successfully completed.

The founder of OptiStruct Engineering consultancy led the structural design of the entire project as Lead Structural Engineer and Head of Structural Engineering at AE7, overseeing structural design, local authority approvals, and the construction of the barrette foundations on a daily basis, ensuring accuracy, safety, and compliance throughout the project.
