Meydan One Mall is one of the largest and most ambitious mixed-use developments in the UAE, set to become a pioneering destination for lifestyle, tourism, and business in Dubai.

The development includes retail outlets, a hypermarket, F&B areas, cinemas, entertainment facilities, a dancing outdoor fountain, a medical center, multi-level car parks, a 1 km indoor ski slope, a Winter Village, two luxury five-star hotels, and office towers.

The structural works are currently 70% completed on site.

The founder of OptiStruct Engineering consultancy led the structural design of the entire project as Lead Structural Engineer and Head of Structural Engineering at AE7, managing structural design, local authority approvals, and daily construction activities to ensure effective execution and compliance with project requirements.
