JBR Beach Hotel is a prestigious five-star hotel located within Jumeirah Beach Residence, offering stunning views of the Arabian Gulf.
The project was initially developed by MEYDAN and later transferred to FIVE Hotels.
The founder of OptiStruct Engineering consultancy led the structural design of the entire project as Lead Structural Engineer and Head of Structural Engineering at AE7, overseeing structural design, local authority approvals, and daily construction management, ensuring the successful completion and operational readiness of the hotel prior to its transfer to FIVE Hotels.
