The residential buildings consist of basement, ground floor, and six upper residential floors, delivering high-quality living spaces in a premium waterfront setting. The project has been fully constructed and is currently occupied.
The founder of OptiStruct Engineering consultancy led the structural design of the buildings during his tenure at EHAF and provided full technical support throughout the construction phase, ensuring design integrity and successful project delivery.
