Al Mashtal Development, Phase 1

Al Mashtal Development is situated in the heart of Abu Dhabi City. Phase 1 of the project comprises three office towers and two residential towers, designed to integrate retail and cultural facilities within a vibrant urban environment.
The office towers include two basement levels, ground floor, and 21 upper floors, while the residential towers feature two basements, ground floor, and 24 upper floors. The project has been fully constructed and is currently occupied, reflecting its successful completion and operational readiness.
The founder of OptiStruct Engineering consultancy led the detailed structural design as Lead Structural Engineer during his tenure at EHAF, contributing key expertise to the design and delivery of this prominent urban development.
