The residential towers rise to a maximum height of 36 floors, offering a luxury lifestyle supported by high-quality architectural and engineering design standards. The project represents a landmark development that enhances the urban fabric of Riyadh City.

The founder of OptiStruct Engineering consultancy previously led the structural design works for this project during his tenure at EHAF, contributing extensive expertise and leadership to the successful delivery of the development.
